SUBSTANCE: given lift is designed for up to 100 kg load and it has frame with lift motion power unit made up of electric motor, flexible coupling, rope guiding and rope deflecting pulleys and brake located above cab with cross-member and counterweight connected with cab by pulling ropes through rope guiding and rope deflecting pulleys. It is installed in framework above cab for possible displacement relative to framework axis. Framework which forms a lift shaft is made of ferrous metal rolled stock and/or channel section bars with the help of brackets with movable and stationary parts is connected with lift cab guide members and counterweight. For adjustment of counterweight verticality, deflecting pulley is mounted on bracket which can be moved vertically and horizontally on frame with powered displacement of cab. This design allows lift equipment to be installed in buildings without specially constructed shafts with top covering which ensures convenient mounting and reduces space needed for accommodation of lift. EFFECT: high efficiency.
