Целью изобретения является снижение сопротивления движению потоков жидкости в канале корпуса. Насадка для вибрационно-вакуумного душа-массажа содержит корпус (К), канал (КЛ), канал корпуса (КК), выполненный из трех последовательно расположенных участков цилиндрического (ЦУ), конического (КУ), плавно переходящего в горловину (Г) и расширяющегося (РУ) участка, оканчивающегося плавным переходом на торцевую поверхность (ТП), удаленную от торца К, шнек (Ш) расположен в ЦУ КК. Шнек оканчивается оживальной или сферической частью или их комбинацией, КУ канала корпуса может быть выполнен оживальным, или КК может быть выполнен из двух последовательно расположенных участков - КУ, плавно переходящего в Г и РУ, оканчивающегося плавным переходом на ТП, Ш при этом выполнен коническим или оживальным и расположен в КУ или оживальном участке КК соответственно.
