Device is in addition fitted with second storage unit which output is connected to output of counter, with commutator which first input is connected to output of storage unit, which second input is connected to output of second storage unit and which output is connected to input of digital-to-analog converter, with control unit which input is connected to output of channel commutator and which output is connected to controlling input of channel commutator, with delay element which input is connected to second output of control unit and to controlling input of commutator and which output is connected to second input of storage element. Output of channel commutator is connected to third input of storage element and input of control unit and output of storage element is connected to input of register. Кроме того, оно снабжено вторым блоком памяти, вход которого соединен с выходом счетчика, коммутатором, первый вход которого соединен с выходом блока памяти, второй вход соединен с выходом второго блока памяти и выход которого подключен к входу цифроаналогового преобразователя, блоком управления, вход которого соединен с выходом коммутатора каналов, а выход подключен к управляющему входу коммутатора каналов, элементом задержки, вход которого соединен с вторым выходом блока управления и с управляющим входом коммутатора, а выход которого подключен к второму входу элемента памяти.
