Abstract

FIELD: magnetic treatment of liquids. SUBSTANCE: ferromagnetic tube 1 accommodates nonmagnetic framework 2 and constant magnets 3. Framework 2 is made of two parts with segment cross-sections which are installed opposite to each other and with their convex surfaces coupled with inner surface of tube 1, whereas plane surfaces of framework have deepenings in which magnets are disposed with their non-operational end surfaces. Main surfaces of magnets form operational clearances 5 for passage of liquid. Between outer main surface of magnets in end rows and inner surface of tube 1 not covered with framework, additional operational clearances 6 are formed. Magnets in adjacent rows are installed either in parallel or at an angle to each other. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of magnetic treatment and productivity of apparatus by way of maximum utilization of magnetic system. 2 cl, 1 dwg

Claims (1)

Цель: повышение эффективности магнитной обработки и производительности устройства путем максимального использования возможностей магнитной системы. Сущность: внутри ферромагнитной трубы (Т) размещен каркас (К) из немагнитного материала и постоянные магниты (М). К выполнен в виде двух частей с сегментными сечениями, которые установлены друг против друга и выпуклыми поверхностями сопряжены с внутренней поверхностью Т, а на плоских поверхностях К выполнены выемки, в которых размещены М нерабочими торцовыми поверхностями. Между главными поверхностями М образованы рабочие зазоры для прохождения жидкости. Между наружной главной поверхностью М в крайних рядах и внутренней поверхностью Т, неперекрытой К, сформированы дополнительные рабочие зазоры.
