Способ обработки пласта нефтяных месторождений путем закачки в пласт водного раствора анионного полимера, неорганической или органической кислоты, растворимой в воде, и соли поливалентного металла, отличающийся тем, что закачиваемая композиция дополнительно содержит алифатический или ароматический спирт или продукты, их содержащие, причем перед введением соли поливалентного металла в водный раствор полимера дозируют спирт и доводят pH реакционной массы до 0,5 - 2,5 путем добавления кислоты, а водный раствор анионного полимера, спирта и соли поливалентного металла берут при следующем содержании компонентов, мас.%:
Водорастворимый полимер - 0,005 - 5,0
Алифатический или ароматический спирт - 0,1 - 60,0
Соль поливалентного металла - 0,002 - 0,20
Вода - Остальное
