Abstract
FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes optimized physico-chemical conditions for analysis of chicken pepsin amount in the mixed preparation with beef pepsin "HT". Method does not require chicken pepsin standard for analysis. Precision of method is 3%. EFFECT: improved method of assay.
Claims (1)
3%.In contrast to the known method, the physicochemical conditions of the analysis were selected and optimized, allowing to determine the amount of chicken pepsin in mixed preparations with beef pepsin "NT" intensive technology. The method does not require the use of a chicken pepsin standard during analysis. The accuracy of determining the amount of chicken pepsin is 3%.
