Abstract

FIELD: heat power engineering, chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to branches of industry using converted gas and to equipment cleaning and processing gas ejections. Reaction element of catalytic reactor has cylindrical case 1 with capped butt 2 in which catalyst 3 is mounted uniaxially with clearance relative to internal surface of case. Catalyst is applied on to branch 4 uniaxial to case 1 and has hole in butt 5 placed with clearance with regard to capped butt 2 of case 1. Reaction element is provided with high-porous gas penetrable catalytic ring element 6. Ring element and internal branch 4 are anchored with ring clearance respective to each other. Butts 5 and 7 of mentioned branch and ring elements are positioned at fixed distances from capped butt 2, are rigidly interconnected with the aid of ring cap 8 located in clearance between them. Opposite butt 9 of ring element 6 is rigidly coupled to other ring cap 10 anchored in clearance between ring element 6 and case 1 and fitting snugly internal surface of the latter. Изобретение направлено на повышение эффективности и надежности реакционного элемента за счет внесения изменений в конструкцию. Реакционный элемент каталитического реактора содержит цилиндрический корпус 1 с заглушенным торцом 2, в котором соосно и с зазором относительно внутренней поверхности корпуса укреплен катализатор 3. Катализатор 3 нанесен на внутренний соосный с корпусом 1 патрубок 4, выполненный с отверстием на торце 5, расположенном с зазором относительно заглушенного торца 2 корпуса 1.Новым в реакционном элементе является то, что он снабжен высокопористым газопроницаемым каталитическим кольцевым элементом 6. Кольцевой элемент 6 и внутренний патрубок 4 установлены с кольцевым зазором относительно друг друга. Торцы патрубка 5 и кольцевого элемента 7 со стороны заглушенного торца 2 корпуса 1 находятся на фиксированных расстояниях от последнего и жестко связаны между собой посредством размещенной в зазоре между ними кольцевой заглушки 8. New in the reaction element is that it is equipped with a highly porous gas-permeable catalytic ring element 6. The ring element 6 and the inner nozzle 4 mustache anovleny annular gap relative to one another. The ends of the pipe 5 and the annular element 7 from the side of the muffled end 2 of the housing 1 are located at fixed distances from the latter and are rigidly connected to each other by means of an annular plug 8. The opposite end 9 of the annular element 6 is rigidly connected to another annular plug 10 located in the gap between the annular element 6 and the housing 1 and tightly adjacent to the inner surface of the latter. 2 ill.
