Abstract

SUBSTANCE: coolant is a mixture consisting of cooling agents R134a, R152a and synthetic compressor oil at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: R152a 10-85; compressor oil 4.9-10, and R134a - the rest. Cooling agent is prepared by the successive mixing R152a and R134a followed by mixing this binar system with compressor oil. Invention ensures to increase specific cold-output of refrigerating machine by 5-14%, decrease index of hotbed effect to 0.1-0.3 relative units and increase compressor oil concentration to 10%. Изобретение может быть использовано в холодильной технике, в том числе в производстве и эксплуатации домашних холодильников, морозильников, холодильных шкафов, прилавков, кондиционеров, тепловых насосов и т.п. Оно также представляет интерес для химической промышленности, связанной с производством хладонов R134а и R152а. Хладагент представляет собой смесь, содержащую хладоны R134а, R152а и синтетическое компрессорное масло, при этом содержание компонентов составляет: R152а 10-35 маc. %, компрессорное масло 4,9-10 мас. % и R134а - остальное. Хладагент изготовляется путем последовательного смешения компонентов: смешения R152а и R134а, а затем смешения этой бинарной системы с компрессорным маслом, при этом компоненты отбираются в заданных количествах по массе. Изобретение позволяет повысить удельную холодопроизводительность холодильной машины на 5 - 14%, снизить показатель парникового эффекта до 0,1 - 0,3 отн. ед. и увеличить концентрацию компрессорного масла до 10%. Кроме того, обеспечивается снижение критической температуры расслоения и увеличение граничной концентрации расслоения хладагента на две фазы : хладоны и компрессорное масло. The invention allows to increase the specific refrigerating capacity of the refrigeration machine by 5-14%, to reduce the greenhouse effect indicator to 0.1-0.3 rel. units and increase the concentration of compressor oil up to 10%. In addition, it provides a decrease in the critical temperature of separation and an increase in the boundary concentration of separation of the refrigerant into two phases: refrigerants and compressor oil. Comparison of the thermotechnical characteristics of the refrigerant is performed with those for R134a and R12.
