Массообменное устройство, содержащее чередующиеся камеры крови и обменной среды, включающие опорно-распределительные элементы и полупроницаемые мембраны с равными соосными вводными и выводными отверстиями, две крышки, штуцеры ввода и вывода крови и обменной среды, соединенные с соответствующими сквозными соосными отверстиями герметизированных элементов, а собранные в пакет герметизированные элементы камер зажаты крышками посредством приспособлений для стяжки, отличающееся тем, что в него введены два технологических стержня, планка соединительная, планка опорная и прокладки герметизации и формирования объема камеры, причем на планке соединительной с одной стороны расположены четыре штуцера, а с другой стороны выполнены рабочий участок в виде выступов и глухие узкие пазы, которые соединены с отверстиями штуцеров ввода и вывода обменной среды; на планке опорной с одной стороны выполнены два глухих соосных отверстия ввода и вывода крови и соединенные с ними глухие узкие пазы; прокладки герметизации и формирования объема камеры выполнены из упругого материала и имеют четыре сквозных соосных отверстия и сквозное удлиненное окно для бокового ограничения потока крови или обменной среды; на гладкой стороне опорно-распределительных элементов выполнены глухие узкие пазы, соединенные с двумя соосными сквозными отверстиями ввода и вывода крови, а на другой стороне выполнены рабочие участки в виде выступов и глухие узкие пазы, соединенные с соосными сквозными отверстиями ввода и вывода обменной среды; на всех элементах пакета на центральной оси выполнено по два сквозных технологических отверстия, а на крышках - соответствующие им глухие отверстия для установки технологических стержней, на которые насажен пакет элементов, причем планка опорная прижата к нижней крышке, а планка соединительная - к верхней.Mass transfer device containing alternating chambers of blood and exchange medium, including support distribution elements and semipermeable membranes with equal coaxial inlet and outlet openings, two covers, inlet and outlet fittings of blood and exchange medium, connected to the corresponding through coaxial openings of the sealed elements, and assembled in the package, the sealed chamber elements are clamped by covers by means of screed devices, characterized in that two technological rods are inserted into it, a strap connecting, supporting strip and gaskets for sealing and forming the chamber volume, moreover, four fittings are located on the connecting strip on one side, and on the other hand, a working section is made in the form of protrusions and blind narrow grooves that are connected to the openings of the inlet and outlet of the exchange medium; on the support bar, on one side, there are two blind coaxial holes for blood input and output and blind narrow grooves connected to them; gaskets for sealing and forming the chamber volume are made of elastic material and have four through coaxial openings and a through elongated window for lateral restriction of blood flow or exchange medium; on the smooth side of the support and distribution elements, blind narrow grooves are made, connected to two coaxial through holes of blood input and output, and on the other side, working sections are made in the form of protrusions and blind narrow grooves, connected to coaxial through holes of the input and output of the exchange medium; on all the elements of the package on the central axis there are two through technological holes, and on the covers there are blind holes corresponding to them for installing the technological rods on which the package of elements is mounted, and the supporting strip is pressed to the lower cover, and the connecting strip is to the upper one.
