Abstract

FIELD: claimed invention describes new chemical compounds, more particularly mixed complex cellulose nitrate-maleinate esters which are high molecular substrate of adhesive, print and polymeric materials. SUBSTANCE: mixed complex cellulose nitrate-maleic cellulose esters are prepared from high nitrogen cellulose nitrates or pyroxyline powders on expiry of service life thereof. Said compounds have reduced combustibility, better film-forming properties. They are useful as polymers substrate for adhesives, varnishes, paints and also as fuel compounds having reduced combustion rate. Cellulose nitrate or pyroxyline powders are condensed in solvent in admixture with maleic anhydride during heating and stirring operations. To obtain free-flowing product of small electrolizing power, precipitation is carried out by adding certain amounts of components at 30-60 C and water having the same temperature. EFFECT: improved properties of the substrate.

Изобретение относится к новым химическим соединениям - смешанным сложным нитрат-малеинатным эфирам целлюлозы - высокомолекулярной основы клеевых, лакокрасочных, полимерных материалов. Цель изобретения - получение из высокоазотных нитратов целлюлозы или пироксилиновых порохов после окончания срока их служебной пригодности новых веществ - смешанных сложных нитрат-малеинатных эфиров целлюлозы с пониженной горючестью, лучшими пленкообразующими свойствами, пригодными в качестве полимерной основы клеев, лаков, красок, а также компонентов топлив с пониженной скоростью горения. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что нитрат целлюлозы или пироксилиновые пороха конденсируют в растворителе с малеиновым ангидридом при нагревании и перемешивании. Для получения сыпучего малоэлектризующегося продукта высаживание ведут дозировкой в реакционную массу с температурой 50 - 60oС воды с такой же температурой.The invention relates to new chemical compounds - mixed complex nitrate-maleate cellulose ethers - high molecular weight adhesive, paint, polymer materials.
