Изобретение относится к медицинской технике, преимущественно к травматологии, ортопедии для хирургического лечения позвоночника при удалении тела позвонка. Цель: облегчение введения и установки протеза позвонка в необходимое положение в операционном поле и обеспечение надежной, устойчивой фиксации протеза. Сущность изобретения: соединительные элементы для крепления протеза позвонка выполнены в виде плоских шипов 7 с односторонней заточкой, размещенных по краям опорных площадок 6 и прикрытых защитными колпачками 8 с надсечками 9, расположенными соответственно размещению шипов 7, а стопорные винты 3 располагаются и закрепляются с одной стороны муфты 1, при сохранении возможности вращения позвоночника. Предлагаемый протез тела позвонка удобен при установке его в операционном поле, что обеспечивает надежную фиксацию и возможность вращения позвоночника.
