Цель изобретения - повысить надежность пломбирования кариозных полостей, предотвратить развитие вторичного кариеса, явление краевой проницаемости, улучшить эстетические свойства пломбы. Указанная цель достигается тем, что композитный пломбировочный материал наносится не только на скос эмали, но и захватывает до 0,5 мм нормальной эмали, которая предварительно подвергается травлению. Использование предлагаемого способа повышает надежность пломбирования зубов композитными пломбировочными материалами, предотвращает развитие вторичного кариеса и повышает эстетические свойства пломбы.The invention relates to therapeutic dentistry. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of filling cavities, prevent the development of secondary caries, the phenomenon of regional permeability, improve the aesthetic properties of the fillings. This goal is achieved by the fact that the composite filling material is applied not only to the bevel of the enamel, but also captures up to 0.5 mm of normal enamel, which is pre-etched. Using the proposed method improves the reliability of dental filling with composite filling materials, prevents the development of secondary caries and improves the aesthetic properties of the fillings.
