FIELD: oil treating. SUBSTANCE: crude oil is simultaneously treated with formaldehyde aqueous solution and alkanolamine at 25-70 C. Formaldehyde is taken in amount 1.2-15 mol per 1 mol of hydrogen sulfide, and alkanolamine (mono- or diethanolamine) 1-10 mol. EFFECT: essentially increased removal of hydrogen sulfide.

Изобретение относится к нефтехимии, в частности к способам очистки нефти от сероводорода и может быть использовано в нефтяной промышленности для нейтрализации коррозионного и токсичного сероводорода при добыче и подготовке сероводородсодержащих нефтей. Цель: повышение степени очистки нефти от сероводорода. Очистку нефти от сероводорода проводят одновременной обработкой ее с водным раствором формальдегида и алканоламином при 25 - 70oС. При этом раствор формальдегида берут в количестве 1,2 - 15 моль формальдегида на 1 моль сероводорода. Кроме того, в качестве алканоламина используют моноэтаноламин или диэтаноламин в количестве 1 - 10 моль на 1 моль сероводорода. In addition, monoethanolamine or diethanolamine in an amount of 1-10 mol per 1 mol of hydrogen sulfide is used as alkanolamine. The proposed method can significantly increase the degree of purification of oil from hydrogen sulfide in comparison with the known method and thereby reduce the degree of hydrogen sulfide corrosion of equipment and pipelines.
