Новым является то, что труба смешанного воздуха и патрубки подогретого и холодного воздуха имеют одинаковую длину, патрубок подогретого воздуха по крайней мере на части своей длины выполнен в виде патрона из газопроницаемого, звукопоглощающего, обладающего высоким омическим сопротивлением материала, противоположные торцы которого подключены к источнику электроснабжения, при этом на свободном срезе патрубка смонтирована жесткая заглушка из газонепроницаемого материала, а во входном срезе патрубка установлена поворотная заслонка, работающая по закону "открыто-закрыто".
