Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors. SUBSTANCE: screw machine gearing has tooth profile in end face section asymmetrical relative to straight line passing through tooth point and center of rotor rotation. Rotor with lesser number of starts at low pressure side from circumference of projections to pitch circle is formed by conjugating sections of curve described by power function and arcs of circumferences of larger and smaller radii arranged successively from point of tooth to its base. Center of arc of larger radius is displaced from straight line connecting center of screw with point of tooth towards high pressure side. Sections of rotor with greater number of starts are enveloping ones relative to corresponding sections of rotor with lesser number of starts. EFFECT: increased economy and load capacity of screw machine owing to decreasing relative length of line of action of screws, increasing length of throttling path over rotor tooth point with lesser number of starts and increasing pressure angle on profile at low pressure side.

Ротор с меньшим числом заходов со стороны низкого давления от окружности выступов до начальной окружности образован последовательно расположенными от вершины зуба к его основанию сопряженными участками: кривой, описываемой степенной функцией и дугами окружностей большего и меньшего радиусов, причем центр дуги большего радиуса смещен от прямой, соединяющей центр винта с вершиной зуба, в сторону высокого давления.
