Abstract

FIELD: industrial and household devices for soldering and welding metals and polymer film. SUBSTANCE: tip has hollow body with split at place of soldering to improve taking of solder. In other design version wheel is placed in tip split. Wheel has antiadhesive coating either over entire surface or only over periphery. In third design version insert is used instead of wheel with split to improve taking of solder. In fourth design version insert has no split, and it can be used as soldering tool or welding tool for polymer film. In this case body is covered with antiadhesive compound. Novelty in proposed device and its design versions is use of hollow body with split, wheel with antiadhesive coating and insert with or without split but provided with antiadhesive coating for carrying out both soldering and welding of polymer films. Body of tip and insert can be made of anticorrosive material, for instance, stainless steel, to prevent scaling. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved operation reliability.

Цель изобретения - увеличение эффективности использования и эксплуатационной стойкости путем использования полого корпуса наконечника с разрезом в месте пайки для улучшения захвата припоя при пайке. Во втором варианте расположено колесо с антиадгезионным покрытием на поверхности или только на периферии. В третьем варианте в разрезе расположена вставка вместо колеса, что позволяет применять ее в качестве пайки, во вставке имеется разрез для улучшения захвата припоя. В четвертом варианте вставка не имеет разреза и может служить как инструмент пайки или сварки полимерной пленки, в этом случае корпус покрыт антиадгезионным составом. Новым в предлагаемом устройстве и его вариантах является пустотелый корпус наконечника с разрезом; колесо с антиадгезионным покрытием и вставки с разрезом или без него, но с антиагезионным покрытием для возможности производить не только пайку, но и сварку полимерных пленок. Для исключения появления окалины корпуса наконечника и вставки могут быть выполненными из антикоррозионного материала, например нержавеющей стали и ей подобного.The invention relates to the field of household and industrial equipment, in particular to devices for soldering various metals and welding of a polymer film.
