Abstract

FIELD: production of industrial explosives usable for blasting operations in mining practice. SUBSTANCE: explosive composition is prepared by ballistite method and comprises, wt.-%: ammmoniacal saltpeter, 52.0-54.0; gun powder grit, 27.0-29.0; colloxylin, 6.0-7.0; nitroglycerol, 4.1-4.5; dinitrate diethylene glycol, 4.9-5.5; urea, 1.0-1.5; and paraffin, 1.5-2.0. Composition has enhanced resistance to moisture. To produce it, use is made of artillery ballistite-type outdated gunpowders with expired storage life or explosive charges withdrawn from armament, thereby solving problem of their economic and environmental reclamation. EFFECT: higher efficiency.

The invention relates to industrial explosive compositions, which may find application in the manufacture of blasting in the mining industry. The objective of the invention is to develop an explosive composition with increased water resistance based on obsolete ballistic powder or discharged weapons. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the explosive composition contains, wt.%: Ammonium nitrate 52.0 - 54.0, powder powder 27.0 - 29.0, colloxylin 6.0 - 7.0, nitroglycerin 4.1 - 4 5, dinitrate diethylene glycol 4.9-5.5, urea 1.0-1.5 and paraffin 1.5-2.0. Explosive composition is prepared on the basis of ballistic technology. The proposed explosive composition has increased water resistance, using expired artillery gunpowder or compressible charges from weapons, which solves the problem of their disposal in economic and environmental terms.
