Abstract

FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes process for foam quenching polyorganosiloxanes which can be used to prevent formation of foam in aqueous and non-aqueous media in various industries. The claimed process comprises preparing foam quenching polyorganosiloxanes by heating mixture of trimethylchllorosilane, silicon tetrachloride and of hydrolysis of dimethylchlorosilane or constitutents thereof as cyclic or linear products calculated for structural link (CH)SiO used in (0.02-0.03): (0.2-0.3) ratio per 1 mole of hydrolysis product fragments (CH)SiO in the presence of higher fatty alcohol C-Cor C-Cfractions or 2-ethylhexyl alcohol in organic solvent. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process.

Изобретение относится к способу получения пеногасящих полиорганосилоксанов, которые могут быть использованы для предотвращения образования пены в водных и неводных средах в различных отраслях промышленности. Изобретение позволяет повысить пеногасящую способность полиорганосилоксанов, упростить процесс их получения и уменьшить количество отходов. Способ заключается в том, что пеногасящие полиорганосилоксаны получают согидролизом при нагревании смеси триметилхлорсилана, четыреххлористого кремния и продукта гидролиза диметилхлорсилана или его составляющих компонентов в виде циклических или линейных продуктов в пересчете на структурное звено (CH3)2SiO, взятые в соотношении (0,02 - 0,03) : (0,2 - 0,3) моль на 1 моль (CH3)2SiO - фрагментов продукта гидролиза, в присутствии высших жирных спиртов фракций С7-С9 или С8 - С1 0 или 2-этилгексилового спирта в среде органического растворителя.The invention relates to a method for producing antifoam polyorganosiloxanes, which can be used to prevent the formation of foam in aqueous and non-aqueous environments in various industries. The method consists in the fact that antifoaming polyorganosiloxanes are obtained by co-hydrolysis by heating a mixture of trimethylchlorosilane, silicon tetrachloride and the hydrolysis product of dimethylchlorosilane or its constituent components in the form of cyclic or linear products in terms of the structural unit (CH 3 ) 2 SiO, taken in the ratio (0.02 - 0.03): (0.2 - 0.3) mol per 1 mol of (CH 3 ) 2 SiO - fragments of the hydrolysis product, in the presence of higher fatty alcohols of fractions C 7 -C 9 or C 8 - C 1 0 or 2 ethyl hexyl alcohol in an organic solvent.
