Method provides increased yield of carbide with relation to the parent material volume, enhanced activity or reaction system used for chrome carbide producing that ensures to decrease temperature of carbide formation reaction by 50-100 C. Method ensures to obtain carbide as both powder and articles of the definite form. EFFECT: improved method of producing, increased yield of product.

Осаждение углерода на поверхность частиц оксида из газовой фазы обеспечивает больший выход карбида относительно объема исходного материала, большую активность используемой для получения карбида хрома реакционной системы, что позволяет снизить температуру реакции карбидообразования на 50 - 100 oС. Способ позволяет получать карбид не только в виде порошка, но и в виде изделий определенной формы.The invention relates to the production of carbide materials.
