FIELD: electrodinamics, transport aids engineering. SUBSTANCE: method means be used for propulsive devices development and transport aids construction. Method includes interaction using between electrical charges and currents of one group of members belonged to closed system with electromagnetic pulses or waves irradiated by other group of members from the same closed system. Nonbalanced forces creation in closed system possibility is based on three intrinsic properties of ELECTRODYNAMIC interactions between irradiating substances and space as substance-carrier of these interactions. Method essence is nonbalanced forces generating by interaction time taking into account so it can be correlated in time to provide electric and magnetic fields vectors of alternative interaction acts at one direction. Presumably force device based on high frequency band electromagnetic waves radiation development is more promising. EFFECT: envisaging method for further development. 6 dwg
