Abstract

FIELD: positive ozonizing of the atmosphere in its upper strata. SUBSTANCE: to increase concentration of ozone and particularly in its upper strata (H > 20 km) with ensuring ecological cleanliness of ozonizing process, it is proposed to irradiate air molecules by the flow of high-energy charged particles, and source of these particles is located near earth orbit. Taking place at subjecting air to flow of high-energy charged particles is ionizing of molecules with creation of ions (including those of oxygen) which dissociate to create ozone molecules, thus increasing its concentration in required area (ozone hole). This permits increasing of ozone concentration in highest strata of atmosphere inaccessible (without substantial energy spending) for other ozone delivery means, achieved by application of natural components of space irradiation of artificial origin with high energy and by locating a source of ionizing radiation in near earth orbit. EFFECT: high efficiency.

Изобретение относится к области озонирования атмосферы, в частности ее верхних слоев. Для повышения концентрации озона в верхних слоях атмосферы (Н > 20 км) при обеспечении экологической чистоты процесса озонирования предлагается облучать молекулы воздуха потоком высокоэнергетических заряженных частиц, причем источник этих частиц располагать на околоземной орбите. При облучении воздуха потоком высокоэнергетических заряженных частиц происходит ионизация молекул с образованием ионов (в том числе и кислорода), которые диссоциируя образуют молекулы озона, повышая его концентрацию в выбранной области ("озонная дыра"). Технический результат способа заключается в возможности повышения концентрации озона в самых верхних слоях атмосферы, недоступных (без существенных энергозатрат) другим средством доставки озона, а также экологическая чистота, достигаемая применением естественных компонентов космического излучения искусственного происхождения с большей энергией, а также размещением источника ионизирующего излучения на околоземной орбите.The invention relates to the field of ozonation of the atmosphere, in particular its upper layers.
