SUBSTANCE: method involves refining acid sulfate solution from solid suspensions and impurities by addition of ferric (3+) sulfate at pH = 5.5-6.6 and the following zinc precipitation at pH = 8.5-9.0. Then zinc precipitate is condensed, filtered and heated in autoclave up to 130-170 C followed by filtration and drying. Method can be used at underground leaching and for sewage treatment. Изобретение относится к гидрометаллургии цинка и может быть использовано при кучном, подземном выщелачивании, а также при очистке сточных вод. Целью изобретения является повышение содержание цинка в продукте и снижение энергозатрат на сушку. Эта цель достигается тем, что очистку кислых сульфатных растворов от твердых взвесей и примесей осуществляют введением сульфата железа (III) при pH = 5,5 - 6,6 и дальнейшим осаждением цинка при pH = 8,5 - 9,0. Затем осадок цинка сгущают, фильтруют и нагревают в автоклаве до 130 - 170°С, после чего фильтруют и сушат.The invention relates to zinc hydrometallurgy and can be used in heap, underground leaching, as well as in wastewater treatment.
