FIELD: production of non-woven textile production, particularly, materials of synthetic fibers. SUBSTANCE: material comprises two components: chemically prepared synthetic fibers and low-molecular organic compound, viz. polyethoxysiloxane, said components are present in the following weight ratio, mas. %: fibers, 99.85-99.90; polyethoxysiloxan, 0.10-0.15. As polyethoxysiloxanes may be used ethylsilicate-40, ethylsilicate-32, tetraethoxysilane. Non-woven textile fabrics contain minimum amount of low-molecular organic compound which has a favorable effect on ecological aspect of the production. Fabrics can be used in clothing industry as various warmth-keeping patches and linings and for reinforcement of glass-fiber-reinforced corrosion-resistant articles. EFFECT: higher efficiency.

Изобретение относится к производству нетканых текстильных материалов, в частности нетканых текстильных материалов на основе синтетических волокон, которые могут быть использованы в качестве швейных прокладок, утепляющих прокладок в одежду и для армирования стеклопластиковых коррозионностойких изделий. Целью изобретения является улучшение эксплуатационных свойств нетканого материала. Это достигается тем, что в качестве химического волокна используется синтетическое волокно, в качестве низкомолекулярного органического соединения - полиэтоксисилоксан, при следующем соотношении компонентов, масс. %: волокно 99,85 - 99,90, полиэтоксисилоксан 0,10 - 0,15. В качестве полиэтоксисилоксанов могут быть использованы этилсиликат-40 (ЭТС-40), этилсиликат-32 (ЭТС-32), тетраэтоксисилан. Предлагаемые нетканые текстильные материалы, содержащие минимальное количество низкомолекулярного органического соединения (что сказывается на экологии производства), могут быть использованы в швейной промышленности, а также для армирования стеклопластиковых коррозионностойких изделий.The invention relates to the production of non-woven textile materials, in particular non-woven textile materials based on synthetic fibers, which can be used as sewing pads, insulation pads in clothing and for reinforcing fiberglass corrosion-resistant products. Ethyl silicate-40 (ETS-40), ethyl silicate-32 (ETS-32), and tetraethoxysilane can be used as polyethoxysiloxanes. The proposed non-woven textile materials containing a minimum amount of low molecular weight organic compounds (which affects the ecology of production) can be used in the clothing industry, as well as for reinforcing fiberglass corrosion-resistant products.
