Abstract

FIELD: petroleum refining industry. SUBSTANCE: basic flow-sheet for implementing the method comprises: feedstock supply line 1, membrane unit 2 with air discharge line 3 and gas discharge line 4, absorber 5 with gas scattering plug 6, vessel for cooled kerosene 7, refrigerator 8, vessel for spent kerosene 9, desorber 10 with built-in heater 11, reabsorber 12 and reservoir 13. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption for cooling and pumping absorbent, reduced metal input due to reduced amount of absorbent required for treating vapor-air mixture without deteriorating quality of vapor cleaning from hydrocarbons. 1 dwg

Claims (1)

13.The invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in oil refining, distribution, storage and transportation of petroleum products and other volatile hydrocarbon liquids. The aim of the invention is to reduce the energy costs for cooling and pumping the absorbent, reducing the metal consumption by reducing the amount of absorbent needed to process the vapor-air mixture, without compromising the quality of the cleaning vapor from hydrocarbons. The basic process flow diagram of the method includes a supply pipe 1, a membrane unit 2 with an air exhaust line 3 and a gas exhaust line 4, an absorber 5 with scattering candles 6, a container for refrigerated kerosene 7, a refrigerator 8 a container for spent kerosene 9, a stripper 10 with a built-in heater 11, reabsorber 12 and reservoir 13.
