Abstract
FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: preparing an aqueous-spirituous liquid is carried out simultaneously by treatment with its oxidizing agent - gaseous oxygen. One part of oxygen is added to water used for an aqueous-spirituous liquid preparing. For preparing an aqueous-spirituous liquid rectified alcohol flow, water flow saturated with oxygen and the remained oxygen part were mixed. The obtained vodka is kept and filtered. EFFECT: improved method enhanced quality of product.

Использование: в ликеро-водочной промышленности. Сущность изобретения: приготовление водно-спиртовой жидкости ведут одновременно с обработкой ее окислителем - газообразным кислородом. Кислород разделяют на две части, одну из которых вводят в воду, используемую для приготовления водно-спиртовой жидкости. Для приготовления водно-спиртовой жидкости смешивают поток ректификованного спирта, поток насыщенной кислородом воды и оставшуюся часть кислорода. Полученную водку выдерживают и фильтруют.Usage: in the alcoholic beverage industry.
