Abstract

FIELD: flour industry. SUBSTANCE: mill has housing 1 where rotor 4 with beaters is mounted at spaced relation to its inner surface on bearing supports 5 parallel to axis of rotation of rotor 4 besides that, mill is provided with screen 14, loading device 12 and unloading device 15 and swivel damper 13 secured on housing 1. Each beater is made in form of set of disks 6 with cutting edges 7 over their outer surface and additional bearing support 9. Disks 6 are mounted at spaced relation to each other on bearing support 9 for rotation about axis lying in plane perpendicular to axis of rotation of main bearing support 5. Rotor 4 is mounted in such position that side clearances between inner surface of housing 1 and edges of disks 6 are different. Bearings of main supports 5 or additional supports 9 are provided with holes rounded-off by radius (olivage) and spring-loaded for limited turn in plane of axis of rotation of rotor 4. During operation of mill, disks 6 are set in rotation due to difference in clearances between housing 1 and outer edges of disks 6. As a result, gyroscopic moment M appears which presses disks 6 to housing 1 towards lesser clearance, thus intensifying the combined method of loading and crushing the grain - impact and cutting. Rotation of disks 6 provides for constant change of section of cutting edge acting on grain and consequently even wear of cutting edges of disks. EFFECT: increased service life of beaters; improved quality of ground grain due to turn at more intensive power action. 4 cl, 5 dwg

Предлагаемое изобретение относится к мукомольной промышленности. Цель: увеличение срока службы ударных молотков и повышение качества измельчаемого зерна за счет их поворота при более интенсивном силовом воздействии. Это достигается тем, что в мельнице, содержащей корпус, в котором с зазором относительно его внутренней поверхности установлен ротор с молотками, на подшипниковых опорах, параллельных оси вращения ротора, закрепленные на корпусе решето, загрузочное и выгрузочное устройства, поворотную заслонку, каждый молоток выполнен в виде набора дисков с режущими кромками по их наружной поверхности и дополнительной подшипниковой опоры, на которой диски установлены с зазором относительно друг друга и с возможностью вращения относительно оси, лежащей в плоскости, перпендикулярной оси вращения основной подшипниковой опоры. При этом ротор установлен таким образом, чтобы боковые зазоры между внутренней поверхностью корпуса и кромками дисков были различны. Подшипники основных или дополнительных опор выполнены с отверстиями, скругленными по радиусу (оливаж; и подпружинены с возможностью ограниченного поворота в плоскости оси вращения ротора. При работе мельницы за счет разности зазоров между корпусом и наружными кромками дисков диски приводятся во вращение. При этом появляется гироскопический момент М, поджимающий диски к корпусу в сторону меньшего зазора, что приводит к интенсивному комбинированному способу нагружения и разрушения зерна - удару и резанию, вращение дисков приводит также к постоянной смене участка режущей кромки, воздействующего на зерно, и следовательно к равномерному меньшему износу режущих кромок дисков.The present invention relates to the milling industry. In this case, the rotor is installed so that the lateral gaps between the inner surface of the housing and the edges of the disks are different. The bearings of the main or additional bearings are made with holes rounded in radius (olivage; and spring-loaded with the possibility of limited rotation in the plane of the axis of rotation of the rotor. When the mill is operating, the disks are rotated due to the difference in the gaps between the housing and the outer edges of the disks. This gives a gyroscopic moment M, which drives the disks toward the casing towards a smaller gap, which leads to an intensive combined method of loading and breaking grain - impact and cutting, rotation of the disks also constant change of the cutting edge portion, acting on the grains, and consequently to uniform low wear of the cutting edges of the discs.
