SUBSTANCE: generator has a column with sorbent and radioisotope located inside the radiation protection and generator body, axial protection located above the generator column inside the radiation protection flange with seats located above the radiation protection, eluent pipeline, eluate pipeline and needle connected to the air bactericide filter brought out of the radiation protection, that are secured between the flange and elastic element. The axial protection and column are secured under the flange, and the flange with the elastic element is connected to the radiation protection by a quickly detachable joint. The elastic element is made in the form of a collet or thin-walled sleeve, whose walls may be perforated in the length of the axial protection. Сущность изобретения: генератор для получения стерильных радионуклидов содержит колонку с сорбентом и радиоизотопом, размещенную внутри радиационной защиты, и корпуса генератора, осевую защиту, расположенную над колонкой генератора внутри радиационной защиты, фланец с гнездами, размещенный над радиационной защитой, выведенные из радиационной защиты трубопровод элюента, трубопровод элюата и иглу, соединенную с воздушным бактерицидным фильтром, которые закреплены между фланцем и эластичным элементом. Осевая защита и колонка закреплены под фланцем, а фланец с эластичным элементом соединены с радиационной защитой быстроразборным соединением.
