Abstract

FIELD: medicine, surgical urology. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises two branches, one of which is movable in longitudinal direction and carries at its distal end serrated grip dismountable in its upper portion by taking out shaft fixable in lug, while other branch is made stationary and has its distal end sharpened in form of chamfer, stationary branch being combined with aspiration tube. Apparatus also comprises movable handle which is kinematically coupled by shaft joint to lower stationary branch and to upper movable branch. Length of serrated portion of lower branch of apparatus accounts for 1/8 of its entire length. EFFECT: proposed multipurpose urological apparatus makes it possible to excise renal cysts during retroperitoneoscopy, to perform surgical manipulations in narrow deep wound during short span of time, and to greatly reduce risk of possibly infecting wound with cyst contents.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to the section of operative urology. The objective of the invention is the creation of a multifunctional urological device for excising kidney cysts with retroperitoneoscopy, which allows you to perform surgical procedures in a narrow deep wound in a short period of time and significantly reduces the risk of possible infection of the wound with cystic contents. The novelty of the invention lies in the fact that the device is additionally equipped with a jaw movable in the longitudinal direction, on the distal end of which a toothed grip is made with the possibility of detaching its upper part, interconnected by an axis mounted on the eye, rigidly mounted on a fixed jaw, the distal end of which is sharpened in the form of a bevel, and the said jaw is aligned with the suction tube, while the movable handle of the device is kinematically connected by axial connection to the lower fixed jaw and upper movable jaw. The length of the toothed portion of the lower jaw of the device is 1/8 of the entire length.
