Abstract

FIELD: conversion of natural or high-pressure byproduct gas carried via gas lines into low-pressure domestic gas; gas, oil and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: device includes cut-off and shut-off fittings, technological filter, pressure-reducing unit mounted in high-pressure inlet manifold which consists of several pressure-reducing stages with pressure regulators located in series and automatic control unit which contains protection subunits for each stage provided with safety valves, gas metering unit and gas odorizing unit at outlet manifold. Automatic control unit is provided with automatic control subunits fitted with filters which are connected with protective units by means of control lines and limit switch; setter unit connected with pressure regulators of all stages, safety valves of protective units, as well as with cut-off and shut-off valves at outlet manifold; it is also provided with automatic control unit connected with protective unit, cut-off cock and limit switch fitted with emergency alarm by means of control lines. Pressure-reducing unit has three pressure control stages; outlet of each stage is connected respectively with protective unit of the same stage. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Устройство содержит отсечную, запорную арматуру, технологический фильтр, блок редуцирования, установленный на входном коллекторе высокого давления, включающий несколько ступеней редуцирования с последовательным расположением регуляторов давления и узел автоматики, включающий узлы защиты каждой из ступеней редуцирования с предохранительными клапанами, узел учета газа и узел одоризации газа на выходном коллекторе, отличающееся тем, что узел автоматики снабжен блоком автоматики с фильтрами, связанными линиями управления с узлами защиты и концевым выключателем, блоком задающих устройств связанным с регуляторами давления каждой ступени, предохранительными клапанами узлов защиты, а также с отсечным краном и запорными клапанами на входном коллеторе, и блоком автоматики, связанным линиями управления с узлами защиты, отсечным краном и концевым выключателем с аварийным сигнализатором, при этом узел редуцирования имеет три ступени регулирования давления, а выход каждой ступени регулирования соединен соответственно с узлом защиты той же ступени.The domestic gas distribution device is designed to convert natural or associated high-pressure gas transported through gas pipelines into low-pressure household gas and can be used in the gas, oil and chemical industries.
