Disperser has a housing, collinear rotor and stator with channels in their side walls, the rotor channels being wider than those of stator, and a part of cross section of rotor channels being closed with "comb"-type hydraulic resistance shifted to one of inner walls of rotor channel. Низкочастотный гидромеханический диспергатор относится к устройствам для создания колебаний в проточной жидкой среде и диспергирования за их счет рабочих жидкостей. Предназначен для использования в угольной, пищеперерабатывающей и других отраслях промышленности. Диспергатор содержит корпус, соосные ротор и статор с каналами в их боковых стенках, причем каналы ротора шире каналов статора, и часть поперечного сечения каналов ротора закрыта гидравлическим сопротивлениям типа "гребенки", смещенным к одной из внутренних стенок канала ротора.
