Abstract

FIELD: purification of gases. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is designed to separate gaseous and air-sol noxious substances (including acid, alkali, and heavy metal ions) from air streams directed into ventilation installations of industrial air ducts directly at work place. Two versions of air cleaning apparatus are proposed, each containing filtration unit incorporated in a single housing and a bowl for a neutralizing liquid (recovering solution). Filtration units in the two versions have each a dust catcher, neutralization chamber with injectors for liquid neutralization of admixtures, and chemisorption filters being the subject of invention. System method of air cleaning allows removal of up to 99.9% of admixtures from air containing industrial outbursts. EFFECT: increased purification degree.

Claims (1)

Устройство предназначено для выделения газообразных и аэрозольных вредных веществ (в том числе ионов кислот, щелочей и тяжелых металлов) из воздушных потоков, подаваемых в вентиляционные установки промышленных воздуховодов непосредственно на рабочих местах. Заявляются два варианта устройства очистки воздуха, каждый из которых содержит блок фильтрации, расположенный в одном корпусе, и бачок для нейтрализующей жидкости (регенерирующего раствора). Блок фильтрации в обоих вариантах устройства очистки воздуха содержит пылеуловитель, камеру нейтрализации с форсунками для жидкостной нейтрализации примесей, хемосорбционные фильтры, составляющие предмет изобретения. Комплексный способ очистки позволяет удалять до 99.9% примесей из воздуха, содержащего промышленные выбросы.The device is designed to separate gaseous and aerosol harmful substances (including ions of acids, alkalis and heavy metals) from air flows supplied to the ventilation installations of industrial ducts directly at workplaces.
