Abstract

FIELD: chemistry of peptides. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the substituted prolyltyrosines showing psychotropic activity involving neuroleptic and antidepressant ones at doses 0.4-10 mg/kg. Proposed dipeptides show absence of by-side extrapyramidal effects and toxicity at doses that 2-3 orders above the threshold doses of specific action and retain activity at oral administration route. Formula of compound and radical values were given in an invention description. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of peptides.

Claims (1)

Заявляются замещенные пролилтирозины, обладающие психотропной активностью, включающей нейролептическую и антидепрессантную в дозах 0,4 - 10 мг/кг. Заявляемые дипептиды характеризуются отсутствием побочных экстрапирамидных эффектов и токсических проявлений в дозах, на 2 - 3 порядка превышающих пороговые дозы специфического эффекта, а также сохранением активности в условиях перорольного введения.
