Abstract

FIELD: medicine; surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves 1-2 seances of intravascular laser irradiation of blood (7 mW) for 60-80 min and hyperbaric oxygenation after 2 days of the postoperative period. EFFECT: lower mortality; shorter treatment period.

Claims (1)

The invention relates to medicine, namely to resuscitation and surgery, for the treatment of surgical sepsis, purulent peritonitis, purulent cholangitis, destructive forms of cholecystitis and other purulent-septic complications of the postoperative period. The purpose of the invention is the reduction of treatment time and mortality in patients with purulent-septic complications. This is achieved by the fact that on the first day after the operation period 1 - 2 sessions of intravascular laser blood irradiation with a power density of 7 mW for 60 - 80 minutes are carried out, hyperbaric oxygenation begins from two days after the postoperative period.
