Abstract

FIELD: sterilization of medical articles, food and perfumer products. SUBSTANCE: the complex uses an electron accelerator with a beam-scanning device, device for biological protection against ionizing radiation and a conveyer to feed the articles to be sterilized. The biological protection device is made in the form of a metal container accommodating the electron accelerator with the beam-scanning device and an irradiation zone and having two opening flaps for access to the electron accelerator. The complex has a carriage used to bring the article to be sterilized to the irradiation zone and a movable protective shield for closing the window in the metal container. The complex may be supplemented with the second conveyer to feed the articles after for closing the second window in the container. The complex may be also supplemented with a device for turning over the article and repeated irradiation of it by an electron beam. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of protection of attending personnel against ionizing radiation, enhanced convenience in use.

Claims (1)

Комплекс радиационной стерилизации предназначен для стерилизации медицинских изделий, а также пищевой и парфюмерной продукции. Комплекс содержит ускоритель электронов с устройством развертки пучка, устройство биологической защиты от ионизирующего излучения и транспортер для подачи стерилизуемых изделий. Устройство биологической защиты выполнено в виде металлического контейнера, включающего ускоритель электронов с устройством развертки пучка и зону облучения и имеющего две раскрываемые створки для доступа к ускорителю электронов; комплекс содержит каретку для ввода стерилизуемого изделия в зону облучения и передвижной защитный экран для перекрытия окна в металлическом контейнере. Комплекс может быть дополнен вторым транспортером для транспортировки изделий после стерилизации и вторым защитным экраном для перекрытия второго окна в контейнере. Комплекс .может быть дополнен также устройством для переворота изделия и повторного облучения его пучком электронов. Внедрение изобретения позволяет создать компактный комплекс радиационной стерилизации с собственной защитой обслуживающего персонала от ионизирующего излучения, хорошей надежностью и удобством обслуживания.The radiation sterilization complex is designed to sterilize medical devices, as well as food and perfume products.
