When all control and information systems are dismantled, the simulator is applicable as a normal crate. EFFECT: more effective simulation.

Цель изобретения - приблизить процесс обучения на тренажере к естественному процессу при ческе пуха коз. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что тренажер, состоящий из объемной модели животного (козы) с датчиками контроля технических и технологических параметров, блока питания, программного устройства с блоками управления и контроля, блока сравнения, сумматора, многоканального блока выбора программы обучения, блока информации, дополнительно имеет датчики контроля положений объекта, которые установлены в трособарабанном приводе фиксатора задних конечностей и под планкой (опорой передних конечностей). Правильность вхождения активной части зубьев в шерстный покров объекта воздействия, контроль развиваемого усилия исполнителем (чесальщиком) обеспечиваются инерционными и тензометрическими датчиками, установленными на зубьях и в основании гребня, также регулируемым электромеханическим сцепным устройством. При срабатывании последнего происходит отключение всех систем тренажера и повторный этап (продолжение) обучения возможен только после соответствующей команды от блока допуска. При снятии контрольно-измерительных и информационных систем тренажер используется как обычный соответствующий всем требованиям организации труда станок для чески животных.
