Abstract

SUBSTANCE: rotor has conical cowl with blades fixed to it and having their axes parallel to rotor axis of revolution, their external ends are linked with flat ring that functions as thrust disk and as vortex diffuser. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, simplified design, improved efficiency, and reduced cost of generated energy.

Claims (1)

Предлагается лопастной ротор для ветродвигателей и водяных колес, образованный из конического обтекателя к которому жестко прикреплены лопасти, продольные оси которых параллельны оси вращения ротора, а внешние концы связаны с плоским кольцом, которое выполняет функции торцевой шайбы и вихревого конфузора, благодаря чему возрастает КПД ротора. В основу изобретения положена задача создать максимально простую, технологичную, прочную и дешевую конструкцию лопастного ротора для ветродвигателя или водяного колеса малой и средней мощности ( 0,1 - 2 кВт), в котором за счет использования плоского кольца с коническим обтекателем достигается ускорение потока воздуха или жидкости при прохождении его через ротор. Такая простая конструкция ротора, который содержит простые плоские детали и легкие в изготовлении конические обтекатели, позволяет упростить технологию изготовления, снизить стоимость самого ротора и, как следствие, - производимой энергии.A blade rotor for wind turbines and water wheels is proposed, formed from a conical fairing to which the blades are rigidly attached, the longitudinal axes of which are parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor, and the outer ends are connected with a flat ring that acts as an end washer and a vortex confuser, which increases the rotor efficiency. Such a simple rotor design, which contains simple flat parts and conical fairings easy to manufacture, makes it possible to simplify the manufacturing technology, reduce the cost of the rotor itself and, as a result, the energy produced.
