Abstract

FIELD: heat power engineering; combustion of gaseous fuel in various heat exchange installations with preset heat output. SUBSTANCE: gas burner has housing 1, combustion chamber 2, gas supply pipe 3 with nozzle 4 on end, fuel manifold 5 and system of holes 6, central air feed pipe 7, backfire screen 8, and igniter 9. Nozzle 4 is installed along burner axis so that its cylindrical outer wall and fitted-on combustion chamber 2 form ring channel 10 with housing 1, and inner wall forms ring channel 11 of variable section with central air feed pipe 7 also installed along axis of burner. Inlet portion of nozzle 4 is made narrowing, and outlet portion, widening. System of chordal holes 6 is located in central cylindrical portion. Axes of holes are arranged at acute angle to burner axis. Adjusting washer 12 is installed on pipe 7 in narrowing portion of nozzle channel 11. Igniter 9 is installed inside air feed pipe 7 along its axis. Backfire screen 9 with deepening into nozzle channel is installed at end of ring channel 11 between nozzle 4 and central air feed pipe 7. Газовая горелка содержит корпус 1, камеру сгорания 2, газоподводящую трубку 3 с сопловым насадком 4 на конце, имеющим топливный коллектор 5 и систему отверстий 6, центральную воздухоподводящую трубку 7, сетку-антифламминг 8, запальник 9. Сопловой насадок 4 установлен по оси горелки таким образом, что цилиндрическая наружная его стенка с закрепленной к ней камерой сгорания 2 образуют с корпусом 1 кольцевой канал 10, а внутренняя образует кольцевой канал переменного сечения 11 с центральной воздухоподводящей трубкой 7, установленной также по оси горелки. Входная часть насадка 4 выполнена суживающейся, выходная - расширяющейся, а в цилиндрической центральной его части расположена система хордальных отверстий 6, оси которых выполнены под острым углом к оси горелки. В суживающейся части соплового канала 11 на трубке 7 установлена регулировочная шайба 12. Внутри воздухоподводящей трубки 7 по ее оси установлен запальник 9.
