Такое выполнение протеза клапана сердца позволит уменьшить тромбообразование, улучшить гемодинамические характеристики, повысить надежность конструкции. Протез клапана сердца, содержит корпус 1 с внутренней поверхностью 2, которая образует проход для прямого потока 3 крови. В корпусе 1 размещен запирающий элемент 5. Запирающий элемент 5 связан с корпусом 1 с помощью средства 6 его поворота из положения закрытия в положение открытия и обратно вокруг оси 7 поворота и имеет боковую поверхность 8 в виде поверхности вращения. Средство поворота 6 представляет собой два находящихся в зацеплении элемента 9,10.
