Abstract

Shut-off member is extended beyond hole of pipe line by means of hydraulic cylinder whose one end is secured to middle section and other end is secured on hollow rod. EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability of pipe line. 4 cl, 4 dwg

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к трубопроводному транспорту и предназначено для перекрытия внутренней полости трубопровода. Цель изобретения состоит в упрощении конструкции устройства и повышении надежности трубопровода. Цель достигается тем, что перекрывающий элемент выполнен в виде эллипсоида, состоящего из отдельных секций, соединенных между собой с помощью шарниров, при этом крайние секции соединены гидроцилиндром и соединенным гибким шлангом с подводящим трубопроводом для подачи гидравлической жидкости, расположенным внутри полого штока, а охлаждающий элемент расположен внутри трубопровода и выполнен в виде кольцевого элемента расположенного непосредственно на перекрывающем элементе и соединенным гибким шлангом с подводящим трубопроводом для подачи охлаждающего агента. Перекрывающий элемент выдвигают за пределы вводимого отверстия трубопровода с помощью гидроцилиндра, закрепленного одним концом к средней секции, а другим - на полом штоке.The invention relates to pipeline transport and is intended to overlap the internal cavity of the pipeline.
