Abstract

FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: hopper-accumulator has nitration activator which has hollow vertical shaft hinge-secured in hopper accumulator, agitators radially secured on shaft, and frame collector made in form of shaped tubes secured on shaft with clearance relative to bottom of hopper-accumulator. Spaces of tubes communicate with space of vertical shaft. Tubes of frame collector arranged at bottom of hopper-accumulator are provided with nozzles pointed to bottom of hopper-accumulator. EFFECT: reduced amount of oxygen in product at packing by increasing time of product contact with nitrogen, increased times of storage.

Техническая задача, на решение которой направлено изобретение, заключается в уменьшении количества кислорода в продукте при упаковке путем увеличения времени контакта продукта и азота, что приводит к увеличению времени хранения продукта. Предлагаемый комплекс содержит бункер-накопитель для продуктов, питающий транспортер, дозатор, упаковочный автомат, систему газоанализа, включающую датчики, газоанализатор, и азотную систему, содержащую баллоны с азотом, редукторы и трубопровод, соединенный с бункером-накопителем. Новым является то, что бункер-накопитель снабжен активатором азотирования, включающим полый вертикальный вал, шарнирно закрепленный в бункере-накопителе, рыхлители, радиально закрепленные на валу, и рамочный коллектор, выполненный в виде профилированных трубок, закрепленных на валу с зазором относительно днища бункера-накопителя, при этом полости трубок сообщены с полостью вертикального вала, а трубки рамочного коллектора, расположенные у днища бункера-накопителя, снабжены форсунками, ориентированными к днищу бункера-накопителя.The invention relates to packaging equipment and can be used in the food industry. New is that the storage hopper is equipped with a nitriding activator, including a hollow vertical shaft pivotally mounted in the storage hopper, rippers radially mounted on the shaft, and a frame collector made in the form of profiled tubes mounted on the shaft with a gap relative to the bottom of the hopper the drive, while the cavity of the tubes communicated with the cavity of the vertical shaft, and the tube of the frame collector located at the bottom of the hopper-drive, equipped with nozzles oriented to the bottom of the hopper-drive.
