Abstract

SUBSTANCE: centrifuge for separation and dewatering manure and dung has horizontal drum with screw which is made in the form of shaft with two vanes secured over spiral. Filtering centrifugal drum is made in the form of bar screen. Ratio of screw spiral pitch to diameter of its shaft exceeds 17.8, and drum length equals, at least, its two diameters. Gap value between inner surface of drum and outer edges of screw vanes equals two or three sizes of gap value between drum bars. Indicated above ratios ensure formation of optimal thickness of sludge on inner surface of drum, continuous separation and stable and reliable operation of centrifuge. Claims (1)

Сущность изобретения: центрифуга для разделения и обезвоживания навоза и помета содержит горизонтально установленный перфорированный барабан со шнеком, который выполнен из вала с двумя лопастями, прикрепленными к нему по винтовой линии. Фильтрующий перфорированный барабан выполнен в виде решетки из колосников. Отношение шага винтовой линии шнека к диаметру его вала превышает 17,8, а длина барабана составляет не менее двух его диаметров. Величина зазора между внутренней поверхностью барабана и внешними кромками лопастей шнека составляет от двух до трех размеров ширины щели между колосниками барабана.
