Abstract

FIELD: gas purification. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of adsorption separation of gas mixtures allowing elimination of product deterioration in case of technological regime irregularities and consists in that gas mixture is passed through adsorbent layer producing a product enriched in one component followed by adsorbent layer recovery producing another product enriched in other component. Make-up of the two products is continuously monitored, and, in case of any deviation of component concentrations from specified values, switching to corresponding operation stage is followed. EFFECT: increased reliability of process.

Claims (1)

The present invention relates to a technology for the adsorptive separation of gas mixtures consisting of at least two components with different adsorption capacity, which allows to eliminate the deterioration of product quality in case of any kind of process disruptions and consisting in the fact that the gas mixture is passed through the adsorbent layer with product outlet rich in one component, and by subsequent regeneration of the adsorbent layer with the removal of a product rich in another component, and continuously measures the composition of the product withdrawn respectively during adsorption and regeneration, and in the case of increasing or decreasing the predetermined concentration of one or another component of the initial mixture of the product is carried out on the corresponding switch to another working step.
