Abstract

FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing 1 and cover 4 with stand 5. Inside housing 1 is gate 18 that is connected with spindle 6 and provided with one- side seal and pivot in the bottom support. At the top of stand 5 is a unit for driving the spindle that is made up as driving bushing 7 which interacts with stand 5 and adjusting nut 10 through balls 11 positioned on ways made on the contact surfaces namely on driving bushing 7, stand 5 and adjusting nut 10. Between balls 11 are rings the inner space of which is filled with a lubricant. At the bottom of stand 5 is a unit for rotation of the gate made up as bushing 14 fixed to the stand. The bushing is provided with a curved groove which interacts with pin 15 radially mounted on the spindle. The crane belongs to pipeline fittings. The purpose of the invention is improving manufacturability and simplifying the design. The inventive crane contains a housing 1 and a cover 4 with a rack 5. In the housing 1 is located connected with the spindle 6, the shutter 18 with a one-sided seal and a hinge in the lower support. In the upper part of the rack, there is a spindle drive assembly in the form of a drive sleeve 7, which interacts with the rack 5 and the adjusting nut 10 by means of balls 11 located on the raceways made on the contacting surfaces, namely, on the drive sleeve 7, the rack 5 and the adjustment nut 10. Between the balls 11 are rings, the inner volume of which is filled with grease. At the bottom of the strut 5 there is a shutter rotation assembly in the form of a sleeve 14 fixed to the strut with a curved groove that interacts with a finger 15 radially located on the spindle. In the lower cylindrical part of the spindle, a centering support band "g" is made with the possibility of fixing the spindle.
