Технический эффект данного изобретения состоит в устранении изменений в иммунной системе организма при использовании белка в качестве транспортного средства для преодоления гематоэнцефалического барьера. Изобретение относится к области медицины, точнее к способам для доставки в ткань мозга лекарственных веществ, слабо проходящих через гематоэнцефалический барьер. В предлагаемом способе в качестве белка-носителя используют комплекс гистонов, который не затрагивает иммунную систему организма.The technical effect of this invention is to eliminate changes in the body's immune system when using protein as a vehicle to overcome the blood-brain barrier.
