Abstract

Liquid-propellant rocket engine has reaction chamber, units of turbopump delivery system and gas and liquid component mains with branch pipe fitted in booster turbine supply main for connecting the booster turbine to compressed starting gas source. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of starting the engine; invention may be used for liquid-propellant rocket engines provided with afterburners.

Claims (1)

Способ запуска жидкостного ракетного двигателя (ЖРД) включает подачу топливных компонентов в двигательный тракт и сжатого пускового газа на турбину бустерного топливного насоса. Жидкостный ракетный двигатель включает реактивную камеру, агрегаты турбонасосной системы подачи, магистрали газа и жидких топливных компонентов с установленным в магистрали питания бустерной турбины патрубком для подсоединения приводной бустерной турбины к источнику сжатого пускового газа. Технический результат состоит в повышении надежности запуска ЖРД. Изобретение целесообразно применять в ЖРД, выполненном по схеме с дожиганием.A method for starting a liquid rocket engine (LRE) includes supplying fuel components to the engine tract and compressed starting gas to a turbine of a booster fuel pump.
