Abstract

FIELD: coal-tar chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: purpose of invention is to intensify cooling of target product after completing burning of technical transformed materials forming the target product. Furnace has lining section, material passing system with shield-like working chambers, distillate- evacuating system with edge steam-gas-removing mouths, hydraulic system with suction- supplying collectors leaded up to aforementioned mouths, and a heat-exchanger system with inside- cooling accessories formed by cooler-injection nozzles. Novelty consists in that suction-supplying collectors of hydraulic system are provided with dust push-out pockets made so as to be gradually transformed into material-returning discharge hoppers. The hoppers have discharge mouths situated on a certain level in respect to the plane of exposure of cooler-injection nozzles. These nozzles are formed by lining steam-supplying shaped types of refractory material. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process.

Изобретение относится к коксохимии. Задача изобретения - интенсифицирование охлаждения целевого продукта после завершения прокалки образующих его технологических переделов. Сущность изобретения: предлагаемая печь содержит кладочную часть, материалопропускную систему с экранообразными рабочими камерами, погоноэвакуационную систему с краевыми паро-газоотводящими зевами, гидравлическую систему с выведенными на упомянутые зевы тягоподводящими коллекторами, теплообменную систему с внутренне-охладительной арматурой, образованной хладоагенто-инжекционными соплами. Новым в печи является то, что тягоподводящие коллекторы гидравлической системы снабжены пылевысаживательными пазухами. Последние выложены переходящими в материаловозвратные течки. Эти материаловозвратные течки образованы с выпускными жерлами, располагаемыми на определенном уровне относительно плоскости выставления хладоагенто-инжекционных сопел. Сопла образованы кладочными пароподводящими фасонными марками огнеупора.The invention relates to coke chemistry. What's new in the furnace is that the hydraulic headers of the hydraulic system are equipped with dusting sinuses. The latter are laid out turning into material-return chutes. These material-returning chutes are formed with exhaust vents located at a certain level relative to the plane of exposure of the coolant-injection nozzles. The nozzles are formed by masonry vapor-producing shaped brands of refractory.
