Abstract

FIELD: potentiometric methods of analysis and check of concentration of ions in aqueous solutions, can be used in chemical, metallurgical industries, optical chemistry and in practice of scientific researches. SUBSTANCE: in the membrane of ion-selective electrode for determining the activity of perrhenate-ions, containing an electrode-active substance on the basis of an ion associate of perrhenate-ions with organic cation immobilized in a polymeric matrix on the basis of polyvinyl chloride and organic plasticizer, ion associate of perrhenate-ions with cations of tetrazolium is used as the electrode-active substance, and O-nitrophenyloctyl ether is used as plasticizer at the following relation of membrane components (percent by weight): Electrode-active substance 3.1 to 6.2 Polyvinyl chloride 35.9 to 37.5 O-nitrophenyloctyl ether 57.8 to 59.4. EFFECT: expanded range of determination of activity of perrhenate-ions towards the lower limit of detection, enhanced mechanical strength of electrode membrane.

Изобретение относится к потенциометрическим методам анализа и контроля концентрации ионов в водных растворах, может быть использовано в химической, металлургической промышленности, в оптической химии и в практике научных исследований, и направлено на создание состава мембраны ионоселективного электрода, позволяющего увеличить диапазон определений активности перренат-ионов в сторону снижения величины нижнего предела обнаружения, продолжительности использования электрода в различных средах (в том числе и в концентрированных растворах), снизить омическое сопротивление мембраны, а также обеспечить возможность использования электрода в проточных системах анализа за счет повышения механической прочности мембраны электрода. В составе мембраны ионоселективного электрода для определения активности перренат-ионов, содержащем электродно-активное вещество на основе ионного ассоциата перренат-ионов с органическим катионом, иммобилизованное в полимерной матрице на основе поливинилхлорида и органического пластификатора, в качестве электродно-активного вещества использован ионный ассоциат перренат-ионов с катионами тетразолия, а в качестве пластификатора используют 0-нитрофенилоктиловый эфир при следующем соотношении компонентов мембраны мас.%: электродно-активное вещество 3,1 - 6,2; поливинилхлорид 35,9 - 37,5; 0-нитрофенилоктиловый эфир 57,8 - 59,4нThe invention relates to potentiometric methods for analysis and control of the concentration of ions in aqueous solutions, can be used in the chemical, metallurgical industry, in optical chemistry and in the practice of scientific research, and is aimed at creating a membrane composition of an ion-selective electrode, which allows to increase the range of definitions of perrenate-ion activity in side of lowering the lower limit of detection, the duration of use of the electrode in various environments (including in concentrated solutions ah) reduce the ohmic resistance of the membrane, and also enable the use of the electrode in the flow analysis systems by increasing the mechanical strength of the membrane electrode.
