Abstract

FIELD: agricultural implements. SUBSTANCE: earth slot-cutter has vertically mounted knife, bar point at its lower part and deformers on its side surfaces for compaction of slot walls. Knife is made in the form of equilateral triangle with double-face blades at its sides. Mounting holes are located over length of knife and at crossing of triangle medians at equal pitch. Bar point is seated in one of peripheral holes at point where at point where conjugating blades are crossing in working position. Made in side surfaces of knife are equal-size circular grooves which in their cross-section have the form of unequal-sides trapezium with centers coincided with axes of mounting holes. Deformers are made as pairs of equal-size spherical disks which are directed with their concavities towards the side surfaces of knife and seated by their peripheral edges in circular grooves. Deformers are connected to each other and to upright by bolt fitted in one of knife mounting holes and in shells of central holes in spherical disks. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 18 dwg

Нож выполнен в виде равностороннего треугольника с двугранными лезвиями по его сторонам. По длине и на пересечении медиан треугольника выполнены с равным шагом монтажные отверстия. В одном из периферийных отверстий в месте пересечения сопрягаемых лезвий в рабочем положении размещено долото. На боковых поверхностях ножа выполнены разновеликие кольцевые канавки в сечении в виде неравнобокой трапеции с центрами, совмещенными с осями монтажных отверстий. Деформаторы выполнены в виде пар разновеликих сферических дисков, обращенными вогнутостями в сторону боковых поверхностей ножа и размещеными периферийными кромками в кольцевых канавках. Деформаторы между собой и стойкой соединены болтом, размещенным в одном из монтажных отверстий ножа и вкладышах в центральных отверстий сферических дисков.Scope: agricultural engineering, in particular a device for making cracks.
