Abstract

FIELD: shipbuilding; water-jet propellers of smaller ships. SUBSTANCE: water-jet propeller has housing 1, flow straightener 2, swivel nozzle 3 which are connected in succession and fitted on propeller shaft 4. Inlet hole of water conduit 1 is closed with rectangular protective grate 4 provided with knives made in form of tear-shaped longitudinal section. Fairing 7 and impeller 8 are fitted on propeller shaft 4 inside water conduit. Blades of impeller 8 are located at varying pitch: pitch is lesser at blade tip and is larger at its root. Swivel 3 is provided with adjustable astern running damper 9. EFFECT: increased speed of ship due to increased power of water-jet propeller through reduction of power loss factor.

Изобретение относится к судостроению, а именно к водометным движителям маломерных судов. Цель: увеличение мощности водометного движителя судна за счет уменьшения коэффициента потерь мощности входного потока. Сущность изобретения: водометный движитель содержит корпус 1, спрямляющий аппарат 2, поворотное сопло 3, которые соединены между собой последовательно и насажены на гребной вал 4. Входное отверстие водовода 1 закрывается защитной решеткой 4 прямоугольной формы с ножами, имеющими форму продольного разреза капли. Сверху водовод 1 снабжен смотровым лючком 6. На гребной вал 4 внутри водовода насажены обтекатель 7 и рабочее колесо 8, лопасти которого расположены с переменным шагом, причем в концевой части шаг меньше, чем в корневой части лопасти. Поворотное сопло 3 снабжено регулируемой заслонкой заднего хода 9. Положительный эффект: увеличение скорости судна за счет увеличения мощности водометного движителя путем уменьшения коэффициента потерь мощности входного потока.

The inlet of the water conduit 1 is closed by a rectangular protective grid 4 with knives having the shape of a longitudinal section of a drop. On top of the water conduit 1 is equipped with an inspection hatch 6. A propeller 7 and an impeller 8 are mounted on the propeller shaft 4 inside the water conduit. The rotary nozzle 3 is equipped with an adjustable reverse valve 9. Positive effect: an increase in the speed of the vessel due to an increase in the power of the water jet propulsion by reducing the coefficient of power loss of the input stream.
