Time intervals determining duration of cycles are recorded when current value of temperature disagreement reaches specified value in the region of negative unbalance. In this case, controlled value of exaltation of required temperature value is set and, when it becomes a constant constituent of above-mentioned summary signal, a value is used corresponding to minimum allowable value of fuel consumption in accordance with process conditions. Сущность изобретения: расходом топлива управляют по изменяемому в соответствии с предварительно установленным графиком задающему параметру расхода (ЗП). Величину ЗП по ходу процесса изменяют сначала циклически - от большего значения к меньшему от цикла к циклу, а затем - корректируя значение последнего циклического задания путем суммирования с текущим значением сигнала регулирующего воздействия, формируемого по рассогласованию между текущим значением температуры и требуемым значением. Временные интервалы, определяющие продолжительность циклов, фиксируют по достижению текущим значениям температурного рассогласования заданных значений в области отрицательного разбаланса. При этом устанавливают контролируемую величину превышения требуемого значения температуры и при выявлении ее достижения в качестве постоянной составляющей упомянутого суммарного сигнала используют значение, соответствующее минимально возможной по технологии величине расхода топлива. В результате обеспечивается оптимум по скорости подъема температуры и мягкий переходный режим с гарантированным ограничением выбега температуры установленным пределом.The invention can be used when carrying out various types of heat treatment or when heated before rolling.
